Q-Linn Brand Ambassador Leasa Stephen Did Things Her Way

Boundaries are made to be pushed. Just ask Q-LINN sponsored rider and EA Coach, Leasa Stephen, who took an untrained horse from scratch to competing successfully at the Queensland State Dressage Championships two years later, with only a few years’ experience in the saddle herself.
She was too busy making it happen to hear everyone saying it couldn’t be done.
Going from strength to strength, Leasa went on to train that same mare to compete at Grand Prix level. But in competing against the best in the country, the tiniest detail nearly brought all her hard work undone.
“[Before I found Q-LINN,] I was wearing another brand and riding down the centre line at the National Dressage Championships when my bra strap slipped off my shoulder.
“It was a distraction that I really didn’t need. Now I only compete in Q-LINN racer-back bras – I’ve sworn off anything else.”
Now, nothing holds her back – especially not the wrong underwear.
“I love the Q-LINN range; the brand feels like a driving force and encourages riders to just get out there. Q-LINN understands what we need when we’re a little bigger in the chest.
“Q-LINN bras really give you the support you need – especially in sitting trot!
“I love the flexibility of Q-LINN bras – I clip up the racer-back as I hop in the saddle, but often wear them shoulder-strap style when I’m out and about. I wear them riding, teaching, everywhere – even under work clothes in my day job.
“I tried other brands but none of them ever quite cut it – I was always uncomfortable by the end of the day.
“There are so many opportunities in the horse industry – you just have to have the confidence to go after them. You don’t have time to let life hold you back. Why not give it a go? Really, why not?
“When my students say ‘I can’t do that’, I always say the same thing: ‘Why not?’”
