We want to give women with large breasts the Freedom & Confidence to do what you want
4th Aug 2017

Deep down inside you know what you have to do to stay healthy: eat better and exercise more. But clearly that advice was written by people who don’t have large breasts! [check out this article about the average size of Australian women ]
Don’t they know that having large breasts is super annoying at best, and sometimes just painful?
Having to hold your arm across your chest to support your breasts is not a good look, and doesn’t really help when you want to go our for a jog or a run.
Trying to squeeze into an outfit that is neither flattering or comfortable is also high on the list of “why I don’t exercise enough”
According to research done in 2014 by “the Research Group on Breast health” (University of Portsmouth), a whopping 17% of women felt ‘discouraged from participating in physical activity because of their breasts’. (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24905581)
Other reasons why women don’t want to exercise are:
- don’t have the energy / motivation
- don't’ have the time
- health reasons
- breasts
Looking at ads for sports bras it seems like the entire world is skinny - these girls sure don’t seem to have issues with rolls and wobbles….
Catch 22 - or the story of the chicken and the egg
It’s a chicken and the egg story really… you want to have the confidence to go out in public and exercise for your health, but how are you supposed to know which sports bra fits on real women when there are only skinny models to show off the bras? When you purchase a bra that is uncomfortable you won't be able to exercise as the bra cuts into your ribs and shoulders and/or doesn't give you any support at all.

Watch this space - as we are changing this! Our models in the photo shoot are real people, like you and me, with rolls, scars, cellulite and large breasts. These are women who had to overcome challenges in their life to get to where they are now. Women who rebuilt their confidence. Women who can enjoy exercise again because they now have the support and comfort of the Q-Linn bra.

These are women like you who have the freedom to do whatever they want - and nothing is going to stop them, not even their breasts.. let’s bring that 17% number down together!
Not being able to find the correct sports bra and being embarrassed by their breasts moving during exercise were among off-putting factors, concluded the researchers in the 2014 study.
Goes to show how important it is to buy a good sports bra - one that suits your body type, breast size and shape as well as the type of exercise you want to do.

Want a little bit of that confidence in your life? Check out the Q-Linn sports bra range if you haven’t done so already and find out which bras go up to 22F.
PS - did you know that EVERYBODY has rolls when they bend forward? (Just saying...)
