Return/Exchange Options



We use Australia Post for shipping. Orders placed before 1pm on a weekday are shipped the same day from Brendale, QLD.

thumbnail.jpgInternational orders will attract a shipping charged based on the Australia Post standard international shipping. We do not ship to the United Kingdom due to changes in the VAT postage charges

Standard shipping will take 3-7 business days to arrive. 

Express Shipping arrives the next business days *

* Next business day delivery is only available within the Express Post next business day delivery network, when lodged over the counter at a Post Office, or in a yellow street posting box. 


International Shipping

We ship to New Zealand and the USA. excluding UK

International shipping fees are: $25 flat rate for first bra, $20 for every additional sports bra

You can expect your order to arrive in approx. 5 - 7 business days


 Can I return my Q-LINN Sports Bra?

Buying a bra online can be quite difficult. We recommend you check our sizing page before you choose the sports bra you want. We want you to feel supported by your Q-LINN sports bra.

Unsure about your bra size?

If you're unsure which style or size suits you, your best option is to start with the TRY AT HOME Service. This service includes free shipping and returns. (**)

Try at Home works really well. You pay for 2 bras and shipping and you can choose 5 bras to try at home to find your perfect fit. You try all 5 bras to identify exactly which styles and sizes suit you best and give you the most support. Once you're happy with your size and style, you send the bras back that don't fit. You pay for the bras you keep and we will refund you the cost of the bras when you send back 4 or more bras.

We understand that even after measuring and checking the tables, the sports bra you receive in the mail might not fit exactly how you expected. It can be that the style doesn't suit your body type or perhaps the size feels slightly different on your body.

In 99% of the cases, when you feel that the Q-LINN bra doesn't give you enough support or there is still quite a bit of 'jiggle'.. the reason is that the fit is slightly off.

If that's the case - contact us! We are more than happy to help you with sizing and selecting of the right style to make sure you're happy with the comfort and support you get from your Q-LINN sports bra.

Sports Bra not quite the right fit? Exchange is easy.

We want you to feel supported by your Q-LINN sports bra. If you're not satisfied about any of your purchases, let us know and we'll do everything we can to make it right.

All sports bras purchased from Q-Linn can easily be exchanged via the post or to the store within 30 days from date of purchase.

You can send us the sports bra that doesn't fit and we'll exchange it for the correct size. Once we receive your sports bra, we will send your new product with Australia Post.

How to exchange for a different size?

1. Log into your account on the website to notify us that you wish to exchange a product. 

2. Fill in the return form provided with your order, so we know what to send you back and prepare the package for Australia Post.

3. Send the bra back to us via Australia Post

4. As soon as we receive your package we will send you the new size. We will contact you with any questions or queries we have or to recommend a different bra style. 

Please note: Due to the delays in Australia Post and Courier Service in Australia. Keep the tracking number when returning the parcel to assist with any inquiries. 

 (**) please note only one (1) additional exchange postage reply paid will be issued by Q-Linn for the Try at Home, further exchange/returns will be at the cost of the customer.

When am I eligible for a refund?

If we can't find a sports bra style or size that fits you, we may recommend a refund. Refunds are processed in the same way as your original payment. Only the price of the product will be refunded. 

If you paid through Afterpay, ZipPay or Paypal they will process the refund for you. Q-LINN Australia has no control over the process they use for refunding payments.

We do not refund if you simply change your mind, we only refund if we can't find you a size or style of sports bra that suits you. We will help you find this size and style as we understand the importance of a well fitting bra.


Please make sure though you follow these guidelines to avoid disappointment:

General Guidelines:

  1. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. 
  2. Email us at or call 07 - 38812015 as soon as you find out the product doesn't fit or when there is something wrong with it. Make sure you mention your order or invoice number so we can find your original purchase. 
  3. We do not return or exchange due to normal wear and tear, of if you change your mind.
  4. We do not accept returns for underpants. Our return policy is for bras and activewear only. 

Defective items:

If goods are found to be defective in materials or workmanship, they may be returned to Q-LINN Australia.  However items that have been sold at a reduced price because of their defects may not be returned.  You must include with returned goods a Return Authorisation with a full description of the defect(s), along with your proof of purchase.  Defective items may be repaired, replaced or refunded.  Returns of defective items do not attract a handling fee.

 Q-LINN Australia is based in Queensland and is governed by the following consumer protection laws around refunds, warranties and guarantees.

When you can get a refund
Refunds aren’t always an automatic right. Businesses don’t have to give you a refund if you:
  • change your mind
  • buy the wrong size
  • buy the wrong colour.
Some businesses still do offer refunds in these situations. This is their choice and not a legal requirement.
You are always entitled to a refund if a consumer guarantee is not met.
