QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR VIRTUAL FITTING ROOM 

 

How should I prepare for my virtual Q-LINN fitting?

Have either a soft measuring tape or a ribbon/string and a tape measure. It’s helpful if your camera is turned on so that we can see you while you take measurements.
 

Who will be assisting me during my virtual Q-LINN fitting?

Your virtual fitting is done with one of our female Q-LINN sports bra experts. We have been fitting Q-LINN bras since 2012 and know how each style fits and sits differently on your body so we can recommend the best style to try for your body type and bra size.

 

Should I wear a bra? Can I keep my clothes on?

To ensure we get the most accurate measurements, we ask that you wear a light top such as a t-shirt for your fitting. You can wear an unpadded or lightly padded bra during your fitting.
 

I’ve been waiting for my appointment to start but no one showed up / no one has contacted me.

In your confirmation and reminder emails, there will be a link to the Google Meet url. When it's time for your appointment, you can join the meeting by clicking the provided link and then clicking the green "Join" button. If you are not signed into a Google or Gmail account, you may have to enter your name to be admitted to the virtual meeting room.
 

Help! I can’t make Google Meet work on my phone.

We have found that video conferencing works best on a computer or laptop but you can also use a tablet or phone. If you use a phone, you will need to download the Google Meet app. It can take a couple of moments to set this up so please allow some extra time to complete that ahead of your appointment. Once you're all set up, remember to click the green "Join" button!

Please note that you will need to login to a Gmail or Google account to use the Google Meet mobile app. If you do not have a Google / Gmail account, you can join the meeting using a web browser on a tablet, laptop, or desktop computer. 

 

How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by following the link at the bottom of your confirmation email. For extra assistance with cancelling/rescheduling, email us at info@q-linn.com.au
